Hi, I’m Laney! Full-time mom and business owner. I created this Meal Plan for people like you (and me!) to take the decision fatigue out, and put the joy and taste back into your dinnertime!


We all need to feed ourselves/families, but making that decision day after day for multiple meals becomes exhausting quickly. My Dinner in 30 Meal Plan removes the dreaded “what’s for dinner?” question for 4 weeks with clickable recipes. As an added bonus, the weekly grocery lists make shopping a thoughtless process, too. I've created dinners for 5 days a week to allow room for flexibility, which all busy families need! If you are ready save money, time and your sanity, this is the resource for you!

  • I purchased the meal plan...now what?
    Once purchased, you will get an email within minutes with the PDF download of the calendar with clickable links and weekly grocery lists. Please check your spam folders.
  • I’m only cooking for 1 person, will these recipes still work for me?
    Most of the recipes are written to serve 4-6 people, but can easily be cut in half and/or used for leftovers or freezing for later!
  • Are there alternative ingredients or options if I have a gluten or dairy allergy?
    While I don’t list alternative options for ingredients, most of the recipes are already gluten and/or dairy free OR can easily be swapped for gluten or dairy free ingredients.
  • How many recipes are there in the plan?
    There are 20 total recipes. 5 dinners each week. This allows room for flexibility, leftovers and days off from cooking, which I highly recommend, so you don't burn out!
